You agree to use the Site lawfully and not interfere with its operation or others’ use.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance. By booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Follow all property rules and occupancy limits

• Accept the cancellation, payment, and refund policies displayed during checkout

Payments

Payments are processed securely through HostAway and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and are clearly disclosed during the booking process. Guests are responsible for reviewing and accepting these policies before confirming a reservation.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Compliance with property rules, house rules, and local laws

• Any damage caused during the stay

• Behavior of all occupants and visitors

Violations may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation without refund.

Snow, Weather, and Access Disclaimer (Highly Recommended for Duck Creek)

Duck Creek Village is a mountain area subject to snow, ice, road closures, and weather conditions beyond our control. Guests are responsible for:

• Monitoring weather and road conditions

• Ensuring appropriate vehicles, chains, or equipment

• Delays or access issues caused by weather

Weather-related conditions do not constitute grounds for refunds unless explicitly stated in the cancellation policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duck Creek Village Cabins is not liable for:

• Injury, illness, or loss of personal property

• Acts of nature, weather events, or utility interruptions

• Third-party service failures or website outages

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the reservation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by Duck Creek Village Cabins or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.

We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party websites linked from the Site.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Site or a reservation for violations of these Terms.
